Welcome to Avery Ranch!
Avery Ranch is a master planned community with covenants and deed restrictions. Governed by an 11 member Board of Directors, and the Board has entrusted the day-to-day management of the Association to Alliance Association Management. Alliance is responsible for the physical and financial operations of the Association. In the event you are unfamiliar with the working of a community association, Alliance is mailing you a short booklet entitled “Community Association Living: A Guidebook”, which is also available online here. You may find the booklet helpful in understanding how your association functions and your own role as a member of the Association. The booklet is Copyright 2007, and the links have been provided below.
There are two documents available in PDF form. Although it is your responsibility to review the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (as of 2006) in its entirety by clicking here. You can also read and look over the Amended and Restated master Bylaws here. Should you desire to make any improvements or changes to your lot or house, you should submit and ACC Improvement Request Form to the Architectural Control Committee. There is no fee for submitting Request Forms.

Alliance also has a website of their own for you to log onto to review your account status. The website is http://www.associaonline.com/sites/alliance-association-management/Pages/default.aspx. Click on “Homeowners” at the top of the page. You may need your Alliance account number, which was mailed to you in your opening packet. Please confirm with Alliance that they have your correct mailing address; if you do not get your welcome packet and pool key within 4 weeks of closing, chances are you need to call Alliance.
You can also get involved in the neighborhood events and activities put on by the Social Committee and others. You can also attend the regular Board Meetings and the Annual Owners Meeting, typically held in September.
