Cat Hollow HOA/Conevants and Restrictions

Welcome to Cat Hollow!

Cat Hollow is a master planned community with covenants and deed restrictions.

It is your responsibility to review the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s). You can read and look the CCR’s here:

The Cat Hollow Board of Director’s meets the third Wednesday of every month at the Brushy Creek Community Center. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Should you desire to make any improvements or changes to your lot or house, you should submit and Improvement Request Form to the Architectural Control Committee. If you have questions, please contact the Association Managers at 310-2300, or go to CatHollow.org to get a copy of the Architectural Request Form if you are planning home improvements. This should be filled out completely before submitting it to the Board for review. For new pools, you must also obtain approval from the Brushy Creek MUD.
